When you upload a resume, we process it so we can send it to the jobs you apply to. Resumes should render within 30 to 60 seconds after being uploaded.
Some resumes are more difficult to process than others. If you have uploaded a resume that doesn't seem to process, here are a few things you can try:
- Make sure your resume is an accepted filetype: PDF, DOC or DOCX
- Make sure you can open your resume on your computer, if you can try uploading it again
- If you cannot open your resume on your computer, your resume file may be corrupted. In this case, we will not be able to accept the resume
