When you upload a resume, we process it so we can send it to the jobs you apply to. Sometimes, when you preview a recently uploaded resume in your dashboard it hasn't finished processing and won't be viewable. Please give your resume up to 20 minutes to process (though often it takes much less time.)
Some resumes are more difficult to process than others. If you have uploaded a resume that doesn't seem to process, here are a few things you can try:
- upload your resume as a PDF file
- use standard fonts and layouts when creating your resume
- avoid embedding images or graphics in your resume
