When you make a purchase, we send a receipt to the email associated with your Poached account. If you do not receive your receipt, search your inbox (including your spam folder) for
- The sender email@example.com
- The subject line: "Transaction Receipt from Poached..."
You can also view your complete transaction history in the Billing section of your dashboard.
If you still cannot find your emailed receipt, or the Billing section does not contain sufficient information, contact us by clicking on the Help tab below.
