When you receive applications for your open positions, you can create notes on specific applicants through their Applicant Detail View.
Go to the hamburger in the upper left of the homepage to open the side navigation. Click on the Your Applicants panel.

Click on the applicant you would like to write notes about to open their Applicant Detail View. Click on the Notes tab next to the Application tab and the Activity tab

You can now write and save multiple notes about your applicant. Each note includes a time and date stamp to keep things organized.
You can easily delete or edit a saved note by selecting the ellipses on the right of the note
After deleting a note, the time stamp will remain with an option to undo the deletion.

When you create a note, the applicant will have a note icon next to their name in the Your Applicants panel, so you can quickly find applicants with notes

Notes you save are not included when you share a resume, but they are included when you Print or Download a resume.
