Poached Regulars have access to the Interview Scheduler. This feature streamlines scheduling interviews with candidates, right from the Poached BackOffice.
To use the Interview Scheduler:
- Go to the Resume Viewer
- Scroll to the candidate you want to schedule an interview with
- Click on the Interview link at the top of the screen
- Set the date and time
- Select the interview type
- Set the duration/time
- Enter an address (address will be autofilled if you included your business information on the listing)
- Enter a message if necessary
- Click Send
The candidate will receive an email with a link to confirm the interview. You can track all of your interviews from the Your Interviews section of your Dashboard.
