When using the Poached Interview Scheduler to schedule interviews, your candidates will receive a reminder and confirmation notification through their communication preferences (text or email).
Here's how they work:
When an interview is scheduled at least two days in advance, a reminder will be sent to your candidate 24 hours before the interview time. The reminder requires no action from the candidate; it's simply a reminder of the interview time/date/location.
A confirmation notification will be sent two hours before the scheduled interview time, but only if the interview was scheduled at least six hours in advance. The confirmation notification requires the applicant to confirm or cancel their attendance. This is meant to give the applicant and the interviewer more communication and help decrease no call/no show interviews.
If an interview is scheduled to take place less than 6 hours from when it was accepted by the applicant, the applicant will not receive a notification. The invitation to interview will serve as a reminder and confirmation.
