Job seekers can control how they are receiving messages from employers sent through the Poached BackOffice. These messages are sent to applicants through their communication preference of text or email.
If an applicant has not selected a communication preference, it is defaulted to email. Job seekers who are new to Poached Jobs will be asked to select their communication preferences in the application flow. Returning users can set up their communication preferences in the Communication Preferences panel accessed in the side-navigation.
Job seekers can update their communication preferences at any time through this panel. Just select which option you prefer and it will update immediately.

If a job seeker includes any contact information in the resume they submit, employers may contact them using that information. This type of communication is outside our control.
