The Poached BackOffice now allows employers to message their applicants. (Note: applicants cannot initiate communication with employers). To send a message to an applicant, login to your account and click the hamburger on the left of the screen to open the side navigation. Select Your Applicants panel.

Once you've opened Your Applicants, click on the applicants name to open their Applicant Detail View. From there, click on the speech balloon in the Action Bar to the right of the screen.

Or you can select the Activity tab below the applicants name. Both options open the Activity tab and there you will see an empty text field where you can enter and submit your message.

Once you submit a message, it will be delivered to the applicant via their communication preference (text or email).
When an applicant responds, you will get notifications when you log into your Poached account and by a notification email.
