Poached has added some great features to help you sort applicants across multiple job openings in the BackOffice. You can sort applications by: Date Applied, Last Activity, Rating and Experience.
You can sort your applicants from a specific job post or you can sort all your applicants across multiple job openings.
To sort applicants of one single job posting, follow these steps:
1. Select All Applicants on the Job Card you are interested in.
2. The All Applicants view will be sorted by default to Date Applied. If you would like to change how your applicants are sorted, select the drop down menu located on the right of the screen. From there you can select to sort by: Date Applied, Last Activity, Rating or Experience.
To sort all your applicants across multiple job postings, follow these steps:
1. Open the side-navigation and select the Your Applicants panel. The Your Applicants panel displays all your applicants form every job you've posted.
2. By default, all your applicants will be sorted by Last Activity. You can control how your applicants are sorted by selecting the drop down menu to the right of the screen. You can change to sort your applicants by: Last Activity, Date Applied, Rating and Experience.
