To get paid for an On Demand shift, you will need to complete paperwork and set up payment options through a company we’ve partnered with called LightSourceHR.
The week of your first confirmed shift, you will receive an email from LightSourceHR with a link to create an account on their platform. This email typically comes before your first shift but could come a day or two afterward. If you don’t see the email, make sure to check your spam folder before contacting Customer Service.
The onboarding email from LightsourceHR will contain a link to create an account and complete your I-9 and W4 paperwork. As you complete your I-9 paperwork, keep in mind that LightSourceHR will be the employer and authorized representative.
If you choose to set up direct deposit, you will need to provide a voided check or a document with your bank account information printed on it. The onboarding email from LightSourceHR will contain instructions on how to submit your direct deposit documentation.
Once you’ve completed your paperwork, payday is Friday of the following week. Please note, it can take 2-3 business days for deposits to show up in your bank account if you set up a direct deposit. If you chose to be paid by check, LightSourceHR will issue and mail a paycheck to the address you provided and can take up to two weeks to arrive.
Once you’ve completed your onboarding with LightSourceHR — you’re all set!
