Once your Shift is live on our site, workers will begin to apply for your Shift. You can view your applicants by clicking on the Shifts tab in your side navigation panel.
Select New Candidates in the Shift card to display all the applicants.
Click on the blue arrow to the right to view the applicant’s profile.
After reviewing a worker’s profile, if you wish to accept the worker for your Shift click “Accept” in the top right. If you feel that the worker will not be a good fit for the Shift click “Decline”.
Once you accept a worker, we will ask the worker to confirm their availability to finalize the booking. Once the worker confirms the Shift, the Shift is then booked. We notify you and the worker each step of the way.
Please note: Please reach out to Poached Customer Success at support@poachedjobs.com if the booked worker no call/no shows for the Shift.
Please note: If you have multiple applications and are reviewing a profile you can navigate to other applications by clicking the arrows to the top left and right of the profile.
