[Post Jobs](https://help.poachedjobs.com/knowledge/post-jobs?hsLang=en) # How do I Use the Video Interview Option on Poached Jobs ## Poached Jobs inclusive Video Interview makes meeting your candidate online even easier Video Interviews are conducted through your Poached Dashboard and the Poached app for the applicant. Five minutes before the scheduled interview time, the Interview option on the candidates application page will change to a *video camera icon*. Click that icon to enter the meeting room—no additional setup required. On the applicant’s side, they will join the interview through the Poached app. In their Inbox under Notifications, they will see the interview details and a button to join the video call.
