Poached Jobs can now sort your candidates by your preferences, making the search for your top candidates that much easier!
Just click the bookmark icon in the top right corner of an ideal candidate's application to mark them as “Use for matching.”
Feel free to select multiple candidates to help refine your sorting preferences. We suggest at least 3-5.
Poached SmartSort will use those resumes and sort your applicants by likely matches - displayed by the percentage - making it quicker and easier for you to reach out to the candidates you want.
You can quickly turn off SmartSort at any time by toggling the "Sort by Matched Candidates" option at the top of your applicant list.
