How do I Add or Update my Certifications?

To add or update a Food or Liquor Handlers certificate:

1. Log into your Poached app
2. Tap on the Person icon in the top right hand corner
3. Click on the green Edit button by Shifts Profile (top option)
4. Scroll down to "+ Certifications"
5. Tap on Edit to the right of Shift Profile
6. Tab on +Certifications
7. Select by tapping on the either Food Handlers card or Alcohol Serving Permit
8. Choose your permit file
9. Once the file loading has completed, tap on Next
10. You will see your uploaded certification displayed in your profile

All active Poached Shifts workers are required to keep their profile certifications accurate and up to date. Remember that outdated or missing certifications could lead to account suspension.

PLEASE NOTE: Any updates made to your Poached Profile will prompt a review by a Poached team member. We will carefully assess your changes before granting you continued access to book shifts.
