How do I rate my Shift Workers?

Honest ratings help our workers find more Shifts!

At the time of paying an invoice for your worker you will be asked to rate them on a scale of 1-5 stars (1 being the lowest and 5 the best). Poached takes these ratings seriously and will suspend workers with numerous low ratings. Workers with higher ratings will be invited to employers rosters and have a better chance of booking Shifts.
