How do I post a Job on Poached?

Using Poached to manage your Job postings and applicants is easy! Get started today:

When you post any job on Poached, you will reach high quality candidates through Poachedjobs.com and through the job seeker Poached app

New to Poached?

First, create your account by selecting Sign Up and Employer - we’ll automatically open the Post a Job form for you. Fill out the form with your job details, then click "Review your Job" to look everything over.

If you spot anything you’d like to adjust, just click "Make changes". When your job post looks good, click "Checkout". Enter your payment information in the pop-up window and then click "Purchase" to publish your job.

Used Poached before?

If you already have a Job Poster account, just log in and click the “Post a Job” button in the top navigation bar to get started.

From there, you can quickly review and organize candidates using our inclusive features, and choose how and where you’d like applicants to send their resumes. You can also easily request and schedule phone, in-person, or working interviews – all from our simple, all-in-one system.

NEW! Premium Job Post:

 Now you can reach an even larger candidate audience and will be able to utilize even more features with our Premium Post option, available at checkout:

  • Filter your candidates with custom assessment questions
  • View our list of active job seekers and invite them to apply to your job
  • View job post metrics for valuable insights
  • Request and schedule real-time video interviews

It's that easy! At checkout, simply select the Job Post purchasing option you desire for your ad. Once your Job is posted, you will be able to manage your applicants from the Poached dashboard. 

Note: Poached Jobs primarily caters to the hospitality and restaurant industry. This includes opportunities in cannabis-related roles like production and bud-tending.

If your Job is not hospitality related or is a job posting through a private entity (not a registered business) your Post may be removed, without refund.
