Learn how to report a worker that did not show up to your Shift to the Poached Support team
In the event your booked worker does not show up for your shift, you will receive an automated email 30 minutes after the Shifts start time when there is no clock in recorded. Within this email you will have an option to report this worker as a no show. This will alert the Poached team and take the appropriate next steps.
You can also report a No Show right from your Shifts tab:
You will be prompted to confirm this, as workers are suspended from using our platform if they No Show even once without proof of valid emergency.
