If you need to make any changes to your profile, please follow these guidelines.
- Log into your Poached app
- Tap on the Shifts tab
- Tap on Shift Settings
- Tap on Edit to the right of Shift Profile
- Tap on the desired profile section (i.e +About Me, +Work History, etc..)
- Complete the update and tap on Done to finalize
- You will be directed back to your profile where your update will be reflected
It's important for all active Poached Shift workers to accurately document their relevant hospitality work experience and maintain a professional presentation. Failing to do so may lead to an account suspension.
PLEASE NOTE: Any updates made to your Poached Profile will prompt a review by a Poached team member. We will carefully assess your changes before granting you continued access to book Shifts.
