There are two methods for viewing applicants. You can either see all of your applicants for all job postings, or you can view applicants specifically for a particular job post.
When a new applicant applies to your job posting, we will notify you via email.
To review applicants for a specific job post:
1. Sign in to your Poached account and click on the Jobs tab in the side navigation panel.
2. Find the live job you want to review and click on "New" within the job card.
3. To review an application, simply click on the applicant's name.
To view all applicants across all job posts:
1. Log into your Poached account and navigate to the Applicants tab in the side navigation panel.
2. You can either scroll through the list of applicants or use the Applicant Name search field to find specific applicants.
3. Once you locate the application you want to review, click on the applicant's name.
