Need to contact your Shift worker with details about their upcoming shift?
Messages to your booked Shift worker can be sent 24 hours before the shift start time. They can also contact you with Shift related inquiries during this time frame. We’ll notify you by email when you have new messages from booked workers, so keep an eye out!
Here’s how it works:
- To send a message to a worker, log into your Poached account and open the Shifts Panel. Find the shift with the worker you want to message and click the blue “Messaging” link.
- If a shift has more than one booked worker, you can send an announcement that will be broadcast to all workers, but the workers can only respond individually. The Poached Shifts Messaging does not support group messages.
- Once a shift is over, we’ll close the conversation. If you need to contact a worker after a Shift, please contact us at support@poachedjobs.com.
Messages are monitored and should only be used to discuss pertinent information about the shift.
