What do I do if I am unable to clock in and out or submit an invoice?

What to do if you're having difficulties using the time clock feature or submitting an invoice.

If you were booked for a Shift and cannot access or use the time clock or edit your invoice, please contact Poached Support at support@poachedjobs.com for assistance. Please note that we will not issue payments for any Shifts that you were not booked for. You must be booked for the Shift for us to issue or edit an invoice.

In your message, please provide the following details:

  • Full name
  • Poached registered email address
  • Phone number
  • Shift employer name
  • Shift date(s)
  • Shift clock in/out times, including breaks
  • Shift position
  • A detailed description of the issue you are experiencing
  • Screenshots of your issue

Employers have 24 hours after an invoice is submitted to review and issue payment.
