What happens if I get a low rating?

Ratings from employers are visible on your profile for other users to see - receiving a low rating will affect your overall average rating, while numerous low ratings will result in suspension from using Shifts

After you complete a Shift, the employer will be asked to leave a rating for you. Our ratings are based on a scale of 1-5 and employers can also select some reasons for your rating. Poached reviews all low ratings and may suspend your account from using Shifts if you receive multiple low ratings. 

Reasons you may have received a lower rating may include:

  • Attitude and/or bad behavior towards staff and other workers
  • Under-qualified for the Shift you booked
  • Arrived late or left early
  • On phone or taking multiple breaks throughout Shift
  • Did not wear the appropriate uniform
