Stripe is a payment service provider and a globally trusted brand used by companies worldwide. Poached is partnered with Stripe for all of our financial transactions and you can be assured that personal and financial information is secure.
We use Stripe to facilitate payments between Shift workers and Shift employers. You must set up a Stripe account to use Poached Shifts as a worker—but don’t worry. Our in-app onboarding will walk you through that process.
As we are only partners with Stripe, we cannot access your financial information or your Stripe account. You will need to contact Stripe.support.com if you need any assistance with your Stripe account.
