Poached Jobs Refund policy is as follows:
Job Posts are priced at $59 and are valid for a period of 30 days. If, by the 14th day, you are not satisfied with the number of job applicants you have received, please reach out to Poached Support for assistance. Refunds, if applicable, will be determined solely by Poached.
If you ever need to cancel your monthly membership, any refunds, if applicable, will be at the sole discretion of Poached.
When it comes to Poached Shifts, employers have a 24-hour window to review, accept, reject, or add a tip to an invoice. If an invoice is processed by Poached after this timeframe and is reported as fraudulent or incorrect, any potential refunds will be determined solely by Poached.
