Having an appropriate profile photo that meets our criteria is a requirement to work Poached Shifts
When you set up your Shifts profile, you will need to upload a profile photo to complete onboarding. A profile photo is required. You will not be onboarded or allowed to book Shifts if your photo does not meet our criteria. The profile photo is essential since you will likely work with employers and teams that do not know you. With a clear headshot, the employer can recognize you and know who to greet for the Shift.
Your profile picture must meet these requirements:
- Face forward (must be able to clearly see your face)
- No group photos - including pets
- No filters
- No hats that block view of face, masks, or sunglasses
Examples:
Clear pictures of your face with no sunglasses, filters, or other people are acceptable.
