[Manage Employer Account](https://help.poachedjobs.com/knowledge/manage-employer-account?hsLang=en) # What should I do if a Shift worker is not up to professional standards? ## Learn when you should send a worker home When posting a Shift, you will be asked to fill out a uniform (if needed) and knockout requirements. If your booked worker arrives at your Shift and is not up to the standards of these requirements, you can send them home and will not be charged.  Poached does have a no tolerance policy: If your worker appears to be intoxicated or under the influence, is displaying rude behavior or making anyone uncomfortable - send them home immediately and report the incident as soon as possible to Poached at [support@poached.com](mailto:support@poached.com).
