Since Poached and Stripe are separate platforms, there may be occasions when you need to contact Stripe Support directly for help with your Stripe Connect account.  ### Poached Support is unable to assist with the following requests: - Receiving the Stripe 6 digit verification code - Adjustments to your banking information - Updating your personal information - Disconnecting your Stripe Connect from your Poached accounts - Adding additional information that was skipped, yet needed to complete Stripe setup - Assisting with ID or Selfie image uploads - Assistance with editing or obtaining NEC- 1099 document for tax reporting **If you need any help with any of the above requests, Stripe’s support can be reach via chat at [https://support.stripe.com/](https://support.stripe.com/)** **ALL payments for all Poached Shifts will be processed through the Poached app, using Stripe.
