Why am I blocked from certain Shifts

If you have previously worked at a location for a Shift, the employer has the option to prohibit you from picking up their Shifts in the future. In such cases, you may receive a message stating that you are blocked from their Shifts.

 


It is important to note that Poached is not aware of the specific reason for an employer's decision to block you from picking up their Shifts, nor do we require the employer to provide a reason. However, it is important to be aware that if you are blocked from more than one employer, it could potentially lead to a suspension of your platform usage.
